We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express in Causeway Bay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Times Square and the MTR station. The air conditioning in our room was excellent, perfect for the hot Hong Kong weather. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows provided a restful night's sleep. For two people, the room size was just right. The bathroom, although small, was clean. Checking in and out was a breeze, thanks to the efficient staff. the location, amenities, and service made our stay enjoyable.

We felt safe walking around the area at night, as there were plenty of small traditional restaurants on the left side of the hotel and Times Square with MTR access and more stores on the right side. The staff was very accommodating, providing useful information about the airport bus and MTR.
